The arrival of Disney+ marks the beginning of a new era of entertainment for The Walt Disney Company
The first selection of original Disney+ titles is released, along with an extensive collection of nearly 500 movies and 7,500 television episodes of the Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and more, such as “Avengers: Endgame”, “Avatar” and 30 seasons of “The Simpsons”.

The service premiered its first series and original films
Including:
- “The Mandalorian”: the first epic live action series in the Star Wars saga
- “The Lady and the Tramp”: a live action reversal of the 1955 animated classic
- “Noelle”: an original Christmas comedy film starring Anna Kendrick
- “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series”: a new series scripted and set in the East High of real life that was presented in the successful franchise
- “The World According to Jeff Goldblum”: by National Geographic, the documentary series
- “Marvel’s Hero Project”: which celebrates extraordinary children who make a difference in their communities
- “Encore!”: with the executive production of the multifaceted Kristen Bell
- “The Imagineering Story”: six-episode documentary by director Leslie Iwerks
- “Pixar IRL”: the short format series
- “Disney Family Sundays”
- “SparkShorts” : the animated short film collections
- “Forky Asks a Question”: from Pixar Animation Studios
As of November 15, most of the new episodes of each series will premiere on Fridays at 12:01 AM (Pacific Time).

Disney + offers subscribers a high-quality, commercial-free display, up to four simultaneous transmissions, unlimited downloads on up to ten devices, personalized recommendations and the ability to configure up to seven different profiles. Global launch
Today marks the beginning of the global debut of Disney +, with launch expectations in most of the world’s leading markets in its first two years. Available now in the US, Canada and the Netherlands, Disney + will launch next week in Australia, New Zealand and Puerto Rico on November 19.
As announced earlier this month, on March 31, 2020 Disney + will reach Western European markets, including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and other countries in the region.
